FAQ

Do You Accept Insurance?
What If I Have Out Of Network Coverage?
Do you accept walk ins? At this time, no. Appointments are necessary so that I can properly schedule the time I need to examine and treat all of my practice members. I’m happy to accept same day (and last minute!) appointments if the schedule allows for it. You can navigate to the Book Now tab to hold your spot. You can also call or text Dr. Rollins for her immediate availability.
Do you accept payment plans? Yes! Depending on the package that you choose, your plan can be split into monthly installments.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, credit card, and FSA/HSA debit cards.
Do you discount services? Typically, my fees are set, but I do offer adjustment and exercise packages that are reduced from the a la carte rate.
Can I write a google review? Yes! Five star reviews are the highest form of compliment in the internet age. If you ever have any concerns, please let Dr. Rollins know so she can rectify the matter.
Do you treat children? I am happy to treat any age. Spinal Couture is a family practice. If it’s a condition that I can’t treat or address, I can refer you to the appropriate practitioner.
Do you accept Medicare? Medicare is the only insurance I accept. Due to Medicare stipulations, there is a small out-of-pocket fee for all Medicare patients.
Do you take X-rays? I do not have an x-ray machine on site but I have a relationship with radiology facilities in the area and can write you a prescription for x-rays or MRIs, if necessary.
Can I bring a friend? You are welcome to have a companion in the room while you are treated as long as you consent to them being in the room. Your healthcare privacy is my utmost concern and I want you to be comfortable.
What do I wear to my appointment? Wear whatever you are comfortable in. Dr. Rollins has treated people in gym clothing and business suits alike.
Do you have a cancellation policy? Life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please do so as soon as possible so the appointment time can be freed up for another practice member. If you miss your appointment and don’t cancel, I’ll reach out to you and help you reschedule for another time. If you habitually cancel without 24 hours notice, I reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee on your account.
